What attracted me:
I saw this nice, fat juicy spider. It hung around all day so it gave me several opportunities to take it's picture. While shooting, I thought of my sister who really doesn't like spiders at all. That gave me the idea of creating a composite and sending this photo as a birthday card. (She thought the photo was interesting, but didn't like the spider)

Post-processing:
This is actually a composite of two images. The first image was of the spider. The second image is actually the design that is on my cat's bed. I thought the two would make an interesting composite image. They were sandwiched together in PSE, either using multiple or normal as the blending means.
