I just wanted to push it a bit more so I used Nik Filters one more time, but Color Efex 4. I don't know the film type, but I was looking for a blood red rose......

Another thing that is cool about the rose sequence is that I had a chance to use my 180 macro. It's a newer lens for me and I am learning what I can and can't do with it. It was important for me to have the rose in focus and background blurred as you can see in this image.
